Cards are split across 5 categories:

Mindfulness - Learning to be fully present in the moment can be difficult for children. But teaching them these skills from an early age can encourage better concentration, divert tantrums, ease tensions and improve sleep.

Gratitude - Practising gratitude helps children to transform negative thoughts into positive awareness of what we are thankful for in our lives. This can improve self-esteem and mental health, and aid in the development of empathy, optimism and good manners.

Kindness - Teaching children the importance of kindness from an early age is one of the simplest ways we can positively influence their future happiness and mental health. Kind children benefit from improved self-esteem, a greater sense of calm and reduced anxiety.

Repeat after me - These cards ask the child to read and repeat a statement out loud, encouraging a more positive mindset and healthy belief system. Teaching your child to be kind to themselves builds a healthy foundation as they grow through life.

Today I am - Often children don't have the appropriate words to express emotion, and this can lead to difficult behaviour. Encouraging your child to talk about what they are feeling helps them to make sense of their emotional development and learn to accept and regulate their emotions.
