45 individually designed cards presented in a lidded presentation and storage box. Designed to help you to become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, and provide the tools needed to promote positive mental health and happiness.

Every day select a card at random and take the action stated on the card. Each one helps you to practise self care, focus on the present, and introduce positive habits and decision making into your everyday routines.

Cards are split across 5 categories:

Kindness - Offering kindness towards the outside world promotes the release of mood boosting hormones. This in turn increases energy and happiness and decreases anxiety, stress and blood pressure. 

Ritual - These cards focus on building positive, mindful, rituals into your daily routines. Learning to slow down and connect with your actions can be incredibly beneficial to personal wellbeing.

Gratitude - Gratitude cards will remind you to make time each day to look out for the little things that bring you joy and happiness. Practising gratitude has been shown to enhance empathy, reduce negative emotions, and help to improve self-esteem and mental strength. 

Journal - Journaling creates an opportunity to reflect on how you are living and identify changes that could lead to a more fulfilled or better quality of life. Questions in this category are designed to explore what changes may benefit you.

Reflection - Each card features a quote to reflect on for a short period during your day. Focusing on how this quote applies to your life in the present can help to unpick the meaning behind the words and can be used to better yourself and your life.
